From generative interviews we know that the lowest point in an app maker's emotional journey is when it comes time to grow their app and bring in more customers. By surfacing app data in the developer portal, an app partner can see how customers are moving through the conversion funnel as well as understand more about the customers they get from Xero. This helps with decision-making around go-to-market activity, app positioning, and where to invest for growth.
